Raffle Mechanics

1. This raffle is open to all registered users of Tradeport in active and current status.

2. Qualifying points must be collected within the promo period of May 19 – July 31, 2008 only.

3. Every 100 points is equivalent to 1 raffle ticket. The points-raffle system is automatic. Cash money or points cannot, and may not be used, to purchase raffle tickets. A member’s number of points is not reduced whenever s/he qualifies for a raffle ticket.

4. There is no limit as to how many raffle tickets a member can collect.

5. Raffle prizes are 3 units of APPLE IPOD NANO (3rd generation) 4GB with 1 year warranty c/o Tradeport. (colors may be specified by the winner unless they are currently unavailable)

6. Prizes are non-transferable and are not convertible to cash.

7. Winners will be drawn on the first week of August, 2008.

8. Winners shall be notified via e-mail and SMS regarding their prize.

9. Winners must be an active user and in good social standing at the time of the draw and during claim period.

10. Winners should contact Tradeport within 60 days upon notification. Prizes not claimed within the period shall be forfeited in favor of Tradeport E-Solutions Inc.

11. The winner shall agree to have his name included in the winner’s ad, announcements and other related advertisements.

12. Prizes can be claimed at the head office or requested to be shipped within 60 days from notification. Winners must bring a valid ID/ send a proof ID in claiming their prize.

13. The draw will be held at the office of Tradeport E-Solutions Inc. located at 162 F. Blumentritt St., San Juan, Metro Manila.

14. Employees of Tradeport E-Solutions, Inc. including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join the raffle.
