Birthing a New Blog

I’ve been sparse on the updates lately, sorry for that.

It’s just that I’m working on a new blog. :-) I’ve put it up in EntreCard already, wonder how it will fare? :-)

I received so many comments from the biscuits post so I thought, why not do a whole blog on junk food? Everybody loves it (don’t deny…) so it seems like a good idea. Plus, it gives me an excuse to buy and eat all those bad foods I shouldn’t. For the sake of art, right? Hehehe.

I’m calling it Junk Foods Heaven. Nice, huh? :-D

I’ve only got one post up, but I hope you go on over and give my new blog a good sound welcome. :-)

    I think “junkfoodheaven” sounds better. “Foods” sounds like an awkward plural for food. :)

    Sis, if you are planning to monetize your other blog, I will suggest i-domain mo na agad. What is $10 a year lang naman. Payu2blog.com has a new policy, di na nila tinatanggap ang free platform like blogger, WP and etc.

    How about I change the name to Junk Food’s Heaven? Do you think that works?

    Or maybe Junk Food is Heaven….

    Hi Raquel, yup you’re right I just might do that.

    I want kasi when I buy a domain may hosting package. With either Bluehost or GoDaddy, a year’s plan is worth around a hundred dollars… so save save muna hehe.

    I just got my first hundred dollars from blogging for money, btw, but I’m blowing it all of on a travel tour for my birthday in August hehehe!

    Priorities… heheh!

    I bought the domain but not the hosting. I’ll let Google keep on hosting it. All in all I paid only $7.15!

    A junk food blog? sounds like fun… but I suggest you include in each post the nutritional value of the “junk food” you are going to feature. Many people nowadays are more health conscious – they are especially keen on the calories – so why not include it? also, i guess you can use “snack” food instead of “junk” food… after all it is not completely junk and we usually grab some snacks in between meals. :)

    Kikamz, snack.com, snackbar.com, all those snack words were already taken too! Haha, had to do with what was available. Healthy snacks are a nice idea, maybe I’ll have a “Healthy not Junky” category haha.
