UPCAT stands for University of the Philippines College Admission Test. The University of the Philippines is a state university, and one of the Philippines’ top schools.
The 2009 UPCAT Results will be released on the third week of January, 2009 and will be posted at the Office of Admissions in UP. To view the results on your browser, click here, or if you are browsing via WAP then click here.
Prospective students usually take college entrance exams during the second semester of the school year, the months spanning October to March. The school year begins in June.

No I don’t think so, since this post does not appear on even the first page of the Google results for the keywords “UPCAT 2009″.
