Terms of Service for Facebook Applications
Random Detox values your usage of our application
1. Objective
The objective of this Terms of Service Policy for Facebook Applications (“TOS Policy”) is for Random Detox (“Provider”) to provide the Facebook user (“User”) that utilise our Facebook Applications (“App”), the terms of service in respect of the App. By using the App, you agree to the TOS Policy. If you do NOT accept the TOS, do NOT use the App.

3.1 Service Usage Random Detox offers the user, the usage of the App without charge. The App provides the user with entertainment and information.
3.2 Delivery Random Detox does not guarantee the availability of the App to the user or the safety of any system connected to its network. This includes for example, but is nor limited to, virus and hacker activities
3.3 Service Interruption From time to time, the provider may interrupt the service for operational reasons, determined in the sole discretion of the provider. The user releases and agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the provider from and against any and all claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages arising in connection with such interruptions.
3.4 Use of the service is at the sole risk of the user.
4. User Responsibilities
4.1 User is solely responsible for the safety of their hardware, software and data in connection with usage of the App.
4.2 User is liable for their actions in connection with usage of the App.
4.3 The User is not permitted to
4.3.1 Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable laws, rules or regulations
4.3.2 Use the App with any content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, inflammatory, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable and content for which the user does not have a legal right to
4.3.3 Use the App to impersonate the Provider, Yusuf Mahomedy or another user of the App
4.3.4 Use the App with any content that infringes any intellectual property of another party
4.3.5 Use the App for a commercial purpose, for example, without limitation, such as generating revenue, advertising or affiliate
4.3.6 Interfere with the delivery of the App, including the provider, host, network
4.3.7 Modify, test, decompile, disassemble, copy, or change the App in anyway
4.3.8 Respect the intellectual property of the Provider, being copyrighted material, trademarks and related proprietary information. This includes, but is not limited to text, images, software, photo, video, graphics and sound.
5. Non Liability
The Provider is not liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary) in connection with the App.
